API Request to mark certain kinds of "trouble" outage as maintenance?
Would it be possible to mark only CPU-usage related "trouble" outages as maintenance across all of our Linux machines? We have decided to remove this monitor as the "Load" monitor gives us a better idea of actual CPU stress (based on CPU wait time and actual load on CPU) but it outages from it still remain... Can we mark these as maintenance using the Site24x7 API? We have a lot of Linux machines being monitored and we cannot go through one-by-one and mark as maintenance. Thanks!

Cloning a server
We have many servers that are cloned from images: install the software (including monitoring) then save to image. As needs dictate, new servers are spawned from this image, given a new hostname and they're in business. We've seen some funky issues with the agents during this process. Does the monitoring agent need any special attention - variables or config files modified to account for a new hostname or IP address?

Set Scheduled Maintenance Notification period
Dear Sir/Madam, On our public status page, there is a section "Scheduled Maintenance Notification". This shows all scheduled maintenance in the next 7 days. However, our clients like to know well before 7 days when maintenance is scheduled. Add an option for Slack integration to send alarms with an interactive message button
It would be great if an option exists in the slack integration that allows sending alarms to slack with an interactive message button. For example if Site24x7 sends an alarm to Slack the message has an interactive button to "Acknowledge" the alarm. This would be very helpful for teams. And - if this is also possible - the response goes back to Site24x7 and assigns the technicians to the alarm.
ServiceNow integration via em_event.
Currently Site24x7 integration creates/closes Incidents in ServiceNow. Standard ServiceNow workflow is starting with Events as basic information from the monitoring tools - see www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZ0Iq-hePhQ&list=PLCOmiTb5WX3oSP3EgmRExyi9bm3fqOWVX. With the Incidents we cannot work with any event/alert rules and we cannot see data aggregated from more monitoring tools in the ServiceNow Event Management Dashboard. As we are MSP provider, we are normally sharing those dashboards with our customers.
Applogs for NGINX not pulling in logs

Which is all good but we are having trouble setting up Applogs for NGINX web/error logs. Auto Discover Services Without Enabling All Default Services
It seems that to be able to add a couple of custom services to the auto discover area of a configuration template the check box to add all services matching the default list must be checked. If you've added a RUM script in your application but still don't see any data, here's what you need to do. 1. Check if you've added the RUM script properly. To do this, select the RUM tab on the left pane, and then click Summary. Under Step 2, paste the URL of the webpage where you have added the script. Exporting AppLog query results
It would be very useful to be able to export AppLog query results to a CSV file. AppLogs is a fantastic feature and has offered new insight into alerting on log contents though when it comes to researching issues, the ability to export the screen results to share with other workers would be a very useful function.

How to set user role "Alert contact (No access to web client)" on MSP
I'm trying to create users with the role "Alert contact", shows as "Alert contact (No access to web client)" in Site24x7. We've previously managed to do this for one user at a MSP Customer, but apperently I can't figure out how we did it. Where can I set user roles for users created on MSP customers? Can I set "Alert Contact" user role for a user at MSP/ "root" level? Hi Team, Can you please help to solve this issue. In below screenshot you can see the difference in traces section. I have traverse the same test cases for three time but the count of traces fetched are different every time. As I want all traces instead of slow traces so for that I have also configured transaction traces threshold to the lowest. Basically my requirement is I want all the traces for each transaction.

Real User Monitoring - Sampling Rate Setting
It would be great if a sampling rate could be specified for RUM. Currently each Page View is counted. If you have limited amount of page views in RUM or you don't wan't to count/see each Page View a sampling rate in percentage or after an amount of counts would very helpful.
