Improved SRE SLA/SLO reports
We need to be able to provide appropriate metrics to our leadership and customers. The current bar graphs are not detailed enough or depict the right data. We are looking for line graphs that would be for a service or a monitor group. If you pick the month it should not just show the service SLA for the whole month we would like to see it per day. That way we have a line graph depiction of all services (in different colours) for each day on a monthly report. Thanks!
Web Transaction polling and Next Poll time
Hello, I am trying to set up some Web Transaction monitors to fill out some data on a PHP form and then submit it. I was able to use the Web Transaction Recorder and was able to get the monitor to work. I'm now seeing an odd behavior where when the monitor polls the site, it completes and submits the form twice. I'm not seeing anywhere that would cause this, so I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or if something else is going on. The other item I was looking for was the "Next Poll" time. I

Monitor for individual Windows services
Hello, We've seen this mentioned before by others but we want to request again: Can you give us the ability to create a monitor for an individual Windows service? This would be very helpful if you have critical services that you want to view independently in a Status page. We have several such Windows services that we would like to see the health of on our Status page regardless of the status of the server itself. Add New Time Periods for Reporting.
I would like to publish summary reports to our internal SharePoint sites for rolling last 3 months, 6 months and 12 months and currently the only options that are available last month or a custom time period.
Perfromance reports using APIs
Hi All, We are using API calls to generate the performance reports. On the console we have the memory values but when we are dowloading report file or doing it using performance API we are not getting the Memory utilisation even though we installed server monitor agent. Please suggest any other way to get these details.
Provide quarterly reporting period options
Please add "Last Quarter" to menu of offered reporting periods. It should select time periods of Jan-Mar, Apri-Jun, July-Sept, Oct-Dec. This could also be done by offering fixed choices of "Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4" If possible, also include quarterly periods for the scheduled reports. It currently offers day, week, month.
Slack only notification option
Just coming from another platform, we have had slack only notification without email. It would be nice to see Site24x7 do the same. For now we have created a dummy email which all the email notifications go to.
Log4j 2 Maven dependency issues
I am trying update log4j version to 2.x. But the spring platform-bom is already using managed log4j of 1.2.x. Record the number of users
We are looking to monitor the number of users logged into a given system at a time. Certificate expiry tracking - offline certs
I need to be able to track the expiry of certificates that are not accessible from web or onsite poller. Example certs that are used to encrypt vpn tunnels. I have the public certs to potentially upload for tracking. i'm trying to use site24x7 as an expiry/renewal tracking system.
App logs retention of 1 day

Plugins stopped polling
After an auto upgrade of the agents on the servers we have noticed a load of our plugins have stopped working. They are set to be monitored every 1 min, so the fact that they have not been polled for 16 days is a real concern for us. Why when there is a discrepancy between the polling setting and the actual time between getting polled data is so large are we not notified or something highlighted? Also if the auto upgrade ofccurs and everything does not work as before, why is this not rolled back?

DNS Domain Zone Transfer Monitoring
Hi, Zone Transfer allows the all DNS Records in a domain, to be "copied" out. In security point of view, of course public Zone Transfer should be disabled. Can Site24x7 monitors whether a specific Domain DNS Server has enabled the Zone Transfer publicly or not? Thanks.

VMware monitoring - multiple locations
Would you be able to add the option of a second poller for VMware monitoring. This would allow improve it for us in case of a site specific failure and provide more accurate outage information, if you could also add an option to choose a primary poller this would improve further and help to reduce false down alerts.

Add ability to alert on AWS SES Account Sending status
Currently, when Account Sending is disabled in SES, the monitor still shows as healthy: There are no thresholds that can track Account Sending: Account Sending is disabled in 1 of 2 ways: 1) Bounce/complaint ratio is too high and AWS disables the account temporarily 2) A manual API call is made to disable Account Sending When Account Sending is disabled, no email can be sent, which is potentially an extremely impactful event. We'd like to be able to know ASAP if Account Sending gets disabled.

CLOUDFRONT MONITORING LACKS REPORTING INFORMATION
Hi, We need to monitor CLOUDFRONT distributions. Since this a CDN service and involves a cost, DATA TRANSFER sum is vital. You can detect a spike in bandwidth, costs, and even a possible attack. For same reason, the default monitoring uses AVERAGE as default attribute. More importantly, there is no option to SCHEDULE A REPORT to get simply the total of DATA TRANSFER for a distribution. Change Banner colors in Down, UP, and Root Cause Analysis email alerts
I've had several users report that it is confusing for the Down and Root Cause Analysis banners being Red as they think that the monitor has gone down again. It would be great to be able to modify the color of at least the Root Cause Analysis report to avoid confusion, or at least have it modified permanently on your end.
MS Teams Alerting
The new Critical status is a great addition, is there any plans to introduce more flexibility on what alerts are received through a 3rd party integration? For background, we use MS Teams integration but would only like to receive Critical and Down notifications and no trouble alerts but there is no options for this in the integration. Whereas if I look at user & alerts I can choose to receive alerts for specific scenarios. If you could add the below options to 3rd part integrations it would be awesome.
GDPR - what data does your software collect from agents
Hi Team, After installing the agent software on both Linux and Windows servers - can you please list ALL data that the software sends to your servers ? I don't just mean the metrics (like CPU usage or memory). For example : on Windows - is every Event Log sent to Site24x7 servers ?
