Hi, I'd like in public statuspage to have an option to display server/service: For example, It's currently displayed like this: Webhost 1 -> Status Webhost 2 -> Status Cloudserver 1 -> Status Cloudserver 2 -> Status DNS 1 -> Status DNS 2 -> Status My suggestion is to have an option that can also display by the group name. Hi Current REST API monitor response parsing can be only checked for the expression assertions. So the parsed value could be checked for assertion and in case of failure - it could be printed to log with assertion warning. We propose to add a variable(s) of the parsed value(s) and to give an ability to show it on the graph of the REST API monitor. REST API is the worldwide conventional way for corresponding functionality. This is very important feature that helps to show customer performance monitoring
SMS vs Email alerts
It would be nice if we could choose (at the server/host level) whether we want alert notifications to be email, email/sms, sms, etc, instead of having it set with Notification Groups.
OAuth Profile - Retry after failures
Today when an OAuth profile has ~3 errors authenticating/refreshing its Oauth token, the profile stops trying to refresh the token until you manually go in and re-run the authorization step in the UI. While its helpful that we get an alert about the incident, it'd be more helpful if after some reasonable period of time (like 30 mins or an hour) Site 24x7 did re-try the token refresh, rather than just wait for manual intervention.
Signals - bulk import announcements
Considering to use signals as our real-time status page. However, we'd love to migrate historical maintenance announcements, incidents from our website across. Migration feature would be great.
SSL Handshake and difference between other tools ?
When I test my website on 24x7 I have a much longer SSL Handshake time than on tools like webpagetest or dareboost. I can not understand why. Some of my competitors, on the other hand, have much shorter times than the tools like Webpagetest and Dareboost. Do you know where it can come from? Thank you

Need to have persistent alerts for Trouble alerts too
Dear Team, Its a good idea to have persistent alerts for the trouble alerts as of now the mechanism is the very first time if a monitor is in trouble state we will get an email and after that we wont get any status of the email untill unless the servers is up i.e the trouble is resolved. In between we dont know anything whats happening
Is there any way to check API response elements Date
Hello, I have API, that gives most-read articles in some timestamp. The thing is i want to check that lets say there is at least one articles newer than 3 days. API gives Json response with all the article titles, links etc and also includes Date. Im wondering if there is any way to check this with Site24x7 (preferably with Web API monitoring)? Thankyou
When bulk importing monitors, you should be able to assign tags to monitors, and create monitor groups that do not exist.
I recently had to import a large number of monitors from a csv, and I was disappointed to find out that I had to manually create each group that the monitors would be members of. I also had hoped to be able to assign tags from the CSV import as well, but they cannot.
Monitoring a mount point
Is there a way to monitor mount points, and alert if they are not mounted, or another error occurs? OS: Linux Monitor: Standard linux host monitor Yesterday one of our servers was restarted (by accident, I swear) and on boot it did not recover it's it's NFS mount. Summary report components into custom dashboard
Being able to get the monitor group summary elements to be presented into a dashboard would be incredibly powerful. Being able to see monitor group stats is one of the most powerful things in this platform the number of outages, and top 10 down count would be incredibly powerful for everyone. With the dashboards being able to be presented to customers and inserted into Microsoft Teams, this would be wonderful to have.
Good starting values for MS Exchange Monitor Thresholds
Hi all, Has anyone setup custom thresholds for their MS Exchange Monitors? We have about 600 active users, just wondering if anyone has configured decent values for IOPs, access time, etc, or are the default (empty) values acceptable? Thanks!!
Monitor Group option for 3rd Party Integrations
Currently, when we add a new 3rd party integration we only have the option to select All Monitors, Selected Monitors or Tags. It would be great to be able to use groups as an option so we don't have to manually keep updating integrations each time monitors are added if we don't use the All Monitors. True, we can use Tags and make sure all new monitors get a tag added but not all monitors would have a tag needed and some may be added and tags may be forgotten to be added. Can we have a feature request
Be able to poll SNMP OIDs that are of type string
We have a Firewall who's Memory statistics are represented as a string instead of an integer. Site24x7 currently only supports SNMP responses returned as integer values and as such I cannot query my FW for memory utilization.
update real browser monitor to work with new selenium recorder output
I need to be able to have our NOC team replay the transaction to see where it failed. Basically they need to walk the same steps that I did in creating the monitor. With the Selenium recorder for FireFox I can give them the same tests that I performed, but the old version does not work well or make sense to use anymore. Please update the real browser recorder to accept new selenium script format. Thanks.

Total Handlecount of a specific user in linux
Can we get total Handlecount of specific user instead of a process, this will help to track if we are within ulimit we specified for openfile. Process are dynamic ,they create and vanish so we miss track of their stats but user account will stay and we can check what ulimit we reached at specific time of day

Would there be a way to export announcements in a text file? Could that be considered a future enhancement? A scheduled report that can email current announcements would add automation to an internal process of sharing the announcements for compliance purposes. Currently we email them manually and we were looking for a way to make the process more efficient.

Hi, all our production servers are running Centos 6.9. When I follow the APM php agent installation guide here (www.site24x7.com/help/apm/php-agent/install-php-agent.html). It always fails due to GLIBC version too low. Hi all, I'm trying to use this script (check_aws_ec2_backup) which is found in github (github.com/tommarshall/nagios-check-aws-ec2-backup) to monitor EC2 automated snapshot backups (using Lifecycle Manager). Usually Nagios scripts such as this requires dedicated Nagios server to execute. Graph configurability for multi-monitor performance widgets
In the documentation for the multi-monitor performance widget, both line graphs and bar graphs are shown. However, when you try to use them, you get either line or bar graphs, and there does not seem to be a way to choose the graph type. It would be good to have a switch or setting to enable the choice of bar or line graph.

Monitoring recommendation for Salesforce and Netsuite?
We use a couple third-party sites for business, such as Netsuite and Salesforce. They have external status websites for status. For example https://status.netsuite.com/, has Application UI, SuiteCommerce - Websites, SuiteCommerce - Checkout, Email, etc. Is there a way Site 24x7 could monitor each of these components? I came across content changing but that seems a little unreliable
Using Tags in alerts
Tags are an awesome feature and it would be even better if they could be used in IT Automation and just general alerting as a whole. Example: We use VictorOps for alerting and would like to do something like this: { "OWNER":"${OWNER}" "message_type":"CRITICAL" } Similar to how we are able to do with Global Parameters.

When pulling data from the API, we are only allowed the following time periods. We're integrating our different monitoring systems in one system where we can monitor and create ticket into our ticketing system from a single place.
