Options not working in EC2 Instance monitor type even though Server Agent is installed on the instances
Couple issues or missing features in this regards. 1. Email alerts is not having Top processes using CPU or Memory - when checked with Site 24x7 support. The matrix used by this monitor is Ec2, even though the instance is having Site 24x7 server agent installed and is providing Memory / Disk info and all in portal in the same monitor. First this monitor was discovered with auto discovery from AWS. Then we installed agent and the monitors automatically merged. But the type remained EC2 Instance Monitor

Adding Maintenance Windows with Tags
Since tags are becoming a large part of Site24x7, it will be a great addition to be able to schedule maintenance based on tags instead of by monitor or monitor groups. For example, you may have blog sites across multiple groups but having to select multiple monitors across the groups, one can easily tag each of them with a tag for blogs and use that tag to schedule maintenance.
Allow Monitor groups to be excluded from Agent Automatic Update
Can you please implore the automatic agent upgrade option to allow exclusions by host name and monitor groups not to be included if the automatic update is turned on, currently its either all servers or none, this is causing issue for some critical systems if the agent failed to update. Thank you!

More granular Rest API content check
Currently we have the ability to evaluate returned values from Rest APIs with JSONPath or XPath or even just text, and mark the service as trouble or down based on the result. Add monitor in Suspend mode with future Activate date
Would it be possible to have an option added for future Enable date? This will be an important addition for newly added monitors to be able to be created for upcoming endpoints so we don't have configuration error monitors or monitors marked as down. Windows server disks missing alert
Hi there, we have many many windows servers, all with the disk size usage monitored. We had an incident this morning where a disk on a server failed, so the drive went offline. Site24x7 however, does not alert when a previously attached disk is no longer available. Could we please ask for a feature request as a matter of urgency, to add this capability so we get alerted.
