Hi, We are using Kubernetes / Docker to run some Java applications. We are logging our Java application output to stdout whic is being captured by Docker logs and then uploaded to applogs via the Site24x7 server monitor, again deployed using Kubernetes. One problem we have with this approach is that Java stack traces are multiline so get split into multiple log entries in Docker and because of that appear as multiple entries in Applogs making piecing back together a stack trace quite difficult. Allow "+" sign for email address
We require separate invoicing for separate customers. Even in MSP account that doesn't seem to be possible. One workaround could be to create separate accounts probably utizling a gmail feature to use "+" sign to create unlimited email addresses. In that case you can provide multiple email addresses, but utilizes the single email account. Otherwise using separate email addresses for few dozens of site24x7 accounts is not practical. DNS Query Test for a host without defining DNS server
Is it possible to check the name resolution without specifying a DNS Server. Background is that we want to check the name resolution and we don't want to do check on a specific server because the provider changes sometimes the servers.

Multiple Level Escalation Notification
Hi Support, Currently there is limited possibility to setup the Vertical Escalation Notification within the same support group as Server Level-1, Server Level-2, Server Level-3, Server Lead , Server Management Current setup is supporting the same Alert Notification to multiple teams like Infra/DB/Application but the escalation is not possible from the Site 24x7. Server Checks - Request to display current reported values (and possible graphs)
We are using server checks e.g file age, size check etc. Although you can set thresholds (annoyingly no option to report when a file drops below a specific file size), you cannot see the current reported value It would be extremely helpful if this could be displayed within the platform as 1) it would inspire confidence that site24x7 is correctly reporting a file age, size (you only get a status up/down) 2) Able to chart values e.g. how does a file size change over time. useful for log file analysis
Add Linux process uptime metric under the Process tab => Processes
Sometime it's important to know to know a particular process uptime, in seconds (days, minutes, etc..) Then value can be compared with the threshold time values set in process Threshold Profile for settings a status and/or executing IT automation task. Use SubGroups in Dashboards
Like to see Subgroups added to be used like the main groups in adding SubGroup to Dashboards for example as well as applying Bulk Action to monitors inside SubGroups or search for Monitors etc.. Also assigning monitor to a group in Monitor Properties, the Subgroup is not visible and cannot add the monitor directly to the subgroup. Thanks
Adding monitors to subgroups from the Edit page
Please show Subgroups in the dropdown list on Associate with Monitor Group(s) when editing a server monitor. It makes no sense to only show the parent groups. We are migrating a large number of servers into 24x7, and are in the situation of having to go to edit our subgroups and scrolling until we find the specific monitor we want to add; fixing this would make our life so much easier whenever we add a new server to the system.
Availability report for Sub-Groups
I was thinking it would be easy to have the dashboard clean if i can have availability reports for Sub-Groups and as far as i have searched i am unable to find this option Is this Item is in Site24x7 Road-map and we have more than 100 monitors inside sub-groups so, it will be very easy for us to get classified Availability Reports in a single place.

Enable "Tree View" option
When you have a large number of monitors (500+) it is difficult to organize them and to be able to graphically observe the groups and subgroups as in a tree view. The current group view does not allow you to see the hierarchies of the groups (parent and child). Business view becomes difficult to observe when there are a large number of monitors.
EU Based customers not able to post feature request or VOTE
EU logins do not appear to be able to vote on feature requests or be named in posts. portal advises that this feature is not currently available and to post as a guest (doesnt give the vote up option)

Does the PHP APM Agent support catching PHP errors?
I've looked into this several times and haven't really found an answer yet. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. My main use case for the PHP APM agent (beyond monitoring performance) is to catch and alert if PHP raises a Warning or Error, or if it halts early due to an Uncaught exception. However in trying it out for several months on both a web server and a backend cli server I was never able to see it log a single one of these. It only seems to log the HTTP response code that the web server sends

Missing Slack notifications on UP
We've had a couple of situations where a Slack notification doesn't appear to be sent when an Alert clears. Has anyone else seen Slack notifications going missing? Is there any way to see a log of notifications that Site24x7 sends out?

Add time period 'Yesterday' for scheduled reports
The only way that there appears to be a way to use scheduled reports that reports a middnight to midnight availability report is to run the report at midnight. Why isnt there an option to specify a time period 'yesterday' on a scheduled report that can be run anytime the following day. we noticed an outage\issue where a scheduled report was not received (problems occurred at mid night). We could not then re-run the scheduled report to recieve the report. e.g. Monday availablity (00:00 till 23:59:59)
Exclude notifications based on tags
One can now configure Third Party Notifications based on Monitors, Tags or All Monitors. Based on Tags works on an include, which is tricky, because if you forget to tag a resource, you won't be alerted. Could you foresee the option not only to include based in tags, but also to exclude? So we get alerted for all monitors, except the ones with certain tags.
Please Sort the Dashboard Refresh Issues
We have noticed that dashboards are not refreshing correctly (even on section that show as LIVE views) Published public dashboards appear to work fine, but dashboards when logged into the site24x7 are not accurate and refresh correctly. Forcing a page refresh within the browser then shows correct status.

Centralized user management for all services
Hello, We've been a happy user of Site24x7 for years and would like to take advantage of other products like CloudSpend and Signal. However, it seems that there's no granular user management option available for different products. Ideally, we like to have a user groups different that our DevOps managing Signal.
