Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting tips to get started with your Web Transaction (Browser) recorder:
Windows OS
- Open File explorer and type %appdata%
- This will navigate to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\ directory
- Open 'Site24x7' directory and delete the "Web Transaction (Browser) Recorder" directory
- Now go to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\ directory and open 'Site24x7' directory
- Delete the "Web Transaction (Browser) Recorder" directory
- Start the recorder now.
macOS
- Open the terminal in your Mac device.
- Key in the command to access the Caches repository.
- Once inside the Caches repository, remove the repository folder "Web Transaction (Browser) Recorder".
- Restart the recorder.
