            Steps to perform while facing trouble getting started with the Web Transaction (Browser) recorder

            Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting tips to get started with your Web Transaction (Browser) recorder:

            Windows OS
            1. Open File explorer and type %appdata%
            2. This will navigate to C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\ directory
            3. Open 'Site24x7' directory and delete the "Web Transaction (Browser) Recorder" directory
            4. Now go to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\ directory and open 'Site24x7' directory
            5. Delete the "Web Transaction (Browser) Recorder" directory
            6. Start the recorder now.
            macOS
            1. Open the terminal in your Mac device.
            2. Key in the command to access the Caches repository.
            3. Once inside the Caches repository, remove the repository folder "Web Transaction (Browser) Recorder".
            4. Restart the recorder.
