Uptime button not rendering uptime percentage

Reason for the uptime button not rendering the uptime percentage

The uptime button embedded in your website lets your website viewers view the monitor statistics (availability and performance) of your selected monitor for the past 24 hours, seven days or the past 30 days.

Sometimes, though you've set up an uptime button, you might not be able to view the uptime percentage on your button embedded on your website. This is because the Limit for showing uptime percentage was set up at a higher value than the actual uptime percentage.

Let's run through a use case,

While setting up the uptime button in Admin > Share > Uptime Button, you've configured the option Limit for showing uptime percentage to show the uptime percentage in the button only if the availability percentage is 100. Hence it also implies that you would not be able to view the uptime percentage, if there was a slight downtime reducing your uptime percentage.

Now assume, you had an  outage for this monitor for 30 minutes that reduced your availability percentage to 99.7%. Since the limit was set at 100%, you'd not be able to view the percentage on the button now.

However, to resolve this, you just have to change this setting. Inside Site24x7, go to Admin > Share > Uptime Button, edit the percentage value to 99% or lesser, so that you can see the uptime percentage as 99.7. Also, you'll be able to view the "metrics" string of the availability percentage when it goes below 99%.
