            Troubleshoot the error message "Validating.. Please Wait", occurring in your Web Transaction (Browser) recorder tool while trying to login

            The reason for the error message "Validating... Please Wait" might be due to the unavailability of the internet for the recorder to connect and validate your login credentials.

            Troubleshooting tips:
            • Check if you have an active Internet connection at the time of getting this error. 
            • If you use a proxy to connect to the Internet, you may need to configure the same in the Recorder also. In the Recorder, navigate to Actions > Proxy Settings > set up your proxy details and try again.
