Modify the alerting period based on your requirement and alert contact

Site24x7 lets you modify alerting period based on requirement and availability. If the requirement is to alert different users during day/night, it is possible to use the Alerting Period option defined for various users through Alert Settings.

  • Site24x7 Login to the client. Navigate to Admin > User and Alerts Management > Users and Alerts> Edit the contact > Alert Settings
  • Specify your Alerting Period & day on which you do not want to be alerted
  • Once done, click Save
You can set the alerting time window to receive SMS and Voice calls alone. Email and IM based alerting will not be handled in this setting.
