Exclude HTTP error from monitoring

How to exclude HTTP errors from monitoring

Common HTTP errors can be ignored from being tracked to reduce the noise in your monitoring environment. To ignore such HTTP errors, please follow the instructions given below.

  1. Log into your Site24x7 account>APM Insight
  2. Your application> Edit  agent configuration
  3. Enter the respective HTTP Error codes to be ignored under ' List of HTTP error codes to be ignored from tracking'. Multiple error codes can be entered separated by commas. 
  4. Click Save.
