What data does the On-Premise Poller collect from the machine
Site24x7 On-Premise Poller collects the following data from the machine in which it is installed:
  1. IP address
  2. Hostname
  3. Operating System
  4. CPU and RAM used in the machine
  5. Memory used by the On-Premise Poller
What data does the On-Premise Poller collect from the monitored entities
The On-Premise Poller collects different monitoring metrics from the devices or infrastructure that are monitored.  
Communication with Site24x7 servers
The On-Premise Poller communicates with Site24x7 servers but the servers have no access to the machine in which the On-Premise Poller is installed.

Ports and domains
If the On-Premise Poller is installed in a secure network, make sure you allow access to a list of domains and ports in your firewall to facilitate communication between your server and the Site24x7 central server.
To add more:
  1. dms.zoho.com - The On-Premise Poller receives messages and commands related to both the On-Premise Poller and the monitor (activate,suspend, etc) from this domain.
  2. pluspoller.site24x7.com - The On-Premise Poller sends reports to this domain.

SSL encryption
Site24x7 On-Premise Poller uses SSL encryption to transfer data. The On-Premise Poller communicates with the Site24x7 server through port 443 and uses a one-way secured communication. The On-Premise Poller is firewall-friendly and it is not required to open inbound ports in your firewall.
