You can install On-Premise Poller in various branch offices within a distributed organization, and monitor the user experience from each of these branch offices.

What data does the On-Premise Poller collect from the machine
Site24x7 On-Premise Poller collects the following data from the machine in which it is installed:
- IP address
- Hostname
- Operating System
- CPU and RAM used in the machine
- Memory used by the On-Premise Poller
What data does the On-Premise Poller collect from the monitored entities
The On-Premise Poller collects different monitoring metrics from the devices or infrastructure that are monitored.
Communication with Site24x7 servers
The On-Premise Poller communicates with Site24x7 servers but the servers have no access to the machine in which the On-Premise Poller is installed.
Ports and domains
If the On-Premise Poller is installed in a secure network, make sure you allow access to a
list of domains and ports in your firewall to facilitate communication between your server and the Site24x7 central server.
