            Configuring voice calls and SMS alerts for AppLogs

            Set up e-mail, SMS, voice call, and instant messenger alerts for AppLogs Alerts (that you configure in the AppLogs tab).
            1. Log in to your Site24x7 account.
            2. Click Admin > User and Alert Management > Users and Alerts.
            3. In the Users screen, you can edit an existing user or add a new one
            4. Under Alert Settings, choose your preferred modes of alert listed near AppLogs.
            5. Save your changes.
