Hi Team,

We setup an alerts of monitor on site24*7.

We are getting JIRA ticket when monitor goes down.

But also we are getting up alerts on JIRA when it comes up.

So we don't want that up alerts ticket on jira. Only need down alert tickets.

How we can change configuration setting for that monitors?
