Hi all

I've had an issue with Apache taking a long time to restart, up to 15mins. Or in a few cases does not start at all.

After some digging around, I found that when I'd restarted services I noticed "136.143.189.136:443 CLOSE_WAIT 1821/Site24x7Agent" in the tcp stack. And if I killed this process Apache started immediately.

Has anyone come across this issue before, and if so, what was the solution?
