There does not appear to get a report of EC2 instances within AWS for instance that do not have the server agent installed.  For users that have multiple cloud accounts configured, you have to click into each account and into the appropriate compute instance tab to look down the list for the agent icon.  

A report that shows instances per account that don't have the agent installed would be very useful.
