Change Sender ID/Name - SMS Alerts

Hi All

I would like to be able to change the Sender ID for all SMS alerts that are configured via Site24x7.

Currently, we are receiving alerts from a random sender ID such as “SITEAT.” We would like to have this changed and this field be <Company Name>.

The reason for this request is that we plan to send SMS alerts to our customers, and using a recognizable sender ID like <Company Name> is crucial. If the messages come from an unfamiliar or generic ID, recipients may mistake them for spam and either ignore or report them.
