Add a new or edit an existing phone number to receive SMS or voice alerts

To edit an already existing contact, select the user account and change the required settings. For a new entry, please follow the below steps:
  • Log in and navigate Admin > User & Alert Management > Users & Alerts > select a contact.
  • Click the  icon next to the user details and select Edit.
  • In the form that is displayed, select your country code from the drop-down menu and enter your mobile number. After selecting the country code, phone number should be entered without prefixing a zero.
    Notes
    We recommend a Test Phone Alert after adding or editing a phone number.
  • Configure rest of the settings and click Save. The mobile number will be updated for SMS/Voice alerts.

Notes
Make sure not to enter any special characters while entering the mobile number.
