Resources discovered by intranet discovery engine

By default, the intranet discovery engine discovers the following:
  1. All available hosts in the network on which the On-Premise Poller is installed.
  2. Availability of known ports in all the available hosts.
  3. Hardware details from the On-Premise Poller installed machine.
