Not receiving alert emails from Site24x7
The email may have landed in your spam folder. Allow-list our email addresses no-reply@site24x7.com and noreply@zohoaccounts.com to receive emails in your inbox. Additionally, verify that your mail servers are functioning properly to rule out any mail server glitches. Secondly, there is a limit of 500 alerts per day for an email address. It is possible that this limit has been reached, and 500 emails have already been triggered. In this case, email alerts will temporarily cease. This restriction lasts for only one day and will reset at midnight, at which point you will start receiving alert emails again.
