We’re excited to introduce the new Debug Notification feature in the Site24x7 mobile app. This feature helps you quickly verify whether push notifications are enabled and working correctly on your device by automatically triggering a test alert and capturing diagnostic logs helping the team to resolve notifications issues quickly.

How it works

Navigate to More > Debug Notification in the Site24x7 mobile app to run a quick notification check. The feature triggers a test alert, validates notification settings, and identifies any delivery issues. If a problem is detected, you can share the logs with our support team for further analysis.
