Web RUM not showing users in Turkey

21% of our user sessions are in Turkey, but the Web-RUM > Geographic tab shows zero users. The ISP tab does show some Turkish ISPs, so presumably data is coming through.

Any idea why Turkey shows zero users?

Also - sorting this table by "Page Views" sorts it alphabetically, eg: "8" is greater than "765".
