As per discussion on call with support team, they have suggested me to raise this concern on forum, hence I am posting this.

My concern is that we should get the notification through email if any changes has been made on Location Profiles from any of our users  or else we should get the pop up on the site 24x7 portal by getting the information that recently(for ex. Location Profile 1) has been changed on the monitors on which this location profile is configured. So that we can review those monitor once and cross check if we have to make any further changes on those monitor accordingly. Also check for the option that the portal should give us pop up at the time of making any changes for all those features (Location Profile, Notification Profile, Threshold and Availability, User Groups) that will affect to other monitors as well, and that pop up should provide us the list of monitors that will be affecting with this change. It will be good if there is also a provision to select the monitors from the list on which we have to apply this specific change.

Kindly look into this and suggest.
