Hi I am currently running some tests using SOAP monitor from Singapore to Atlanta with a round trip response time of 252ms.

I am trying to figure out if the connection time in the response time graph (in the perfomance report) takes into account the SSL handshake time ?

I am guessing not as the connection time is hovering around 250ms and the SSL handshake would take 3 round trips unless you are re-using the SSL sessions.
