My company is using Site24x7 for monitoring services.

Currently is set by default as 5 minutes which we have urgent requirement for 1 or 2 minutes interval.

I was informed that it is not possible to do it, even with my request to try to modify the configuration agent (/opt/site24x7/monagent/conf). 

I believe your agent pick up some configuration to send the monitoring data to Site24x7 monitoring server, then I believe you might have a place in the config file that instruct your agent to send it based on certain interval, in this case is 5 min.

So do you mind to let me know on how to change the config? it is very important for us now and I really appreciate if you could update me the soonest. I expect it would not be too much to modify, hopefully, looking at your configuration files.
