Once a milestone marker has been created, it shows the comment icon in the graph, however; there is no way to see what the marker is about unless and Admin goes to the Admin -> Milestones page to check.

Would be nice to be able to hover over the milestone comment icon and get a bubble containing the comment to show up so others would know what the marker was added for.
