How to Restrict Monitor to Use IE (Internet Explorer) Only

SUMMARY: How to force a monitor of type RBM (RealBroswer) to always use IE (internet Explorer) only when loading a web page.

DETAILS:

I'm a newbie to site24x7monitor (the person who handles this is currently unavailable) and so I've been thrown into fixing something that I know very little about.

We have a monitor setup that consist of 2 steps.  The first is to load an aspx page and fill out data in 2 fields and the next step/action is to click the only button on that page.  I'm not %100 certain but IU believe the monitor is a RBM monitor.

The problem is I can't figure out how to force the monitor to always use IE only when loading the page detailed in step 1.  I am assuming that its trying to use Mozilla and I base that on the fact that the screenshot attached to each failed instance of the monitor shows the Mozilla browser border.  I know that the monitor is using IE most of the time because the monitor does not always fail but each time it does fail the screenshot (as viewed by clicking the icon of a camera included in the details of the failed monitor)  but as to which browser it uses and when is a mystery and we have to force it to always use IE only because the web page will not work with Mozilla no matter what version is used.

If there is no way to force an RBM Monitor to always use IE then is there another type of monitor that will do this and still also fill in the 2 fields on the page and click the button on the page?

Thanks

NOTE: The icon on the dashboard prompts 'RealBrowser' when I hover the cursor over the icon so I'm assuming that means that the monitor I am trying to fix is an RBM monitor.  If that not the case and or there is a way to explicitly verify the type of monitor please let me know.
