we want to rollout a fleet of dozens of server agents (linux). All of them are webservers with specific process we need to monitor. We have predefined a notification and threshold profile and User groups who shall get the notifications.

Further, we added a customer configuration template. In that "mywebserver config" configuration template we assigned the above mentioned notification and threshhold profiles and user groups. Further, we added the process to monitor (apache2) and hit the checkbox Auto-discover.

For several reason, mainly because we have dozens of other linux servers, we dont want to promote this "MyWebserver" configuration template as default.

My question is now, how shall we nstall the agent on linux and make sure that the "myWebserver" configuration template is used?
