ZKS AI credits for each plan
Each Zoho Key Services (ZKS) plan includes a predefined allocation of AI credits that can be used to access Zia's AI capabilities. The number of AI credits available depends on your subscription plan and is reset on the first of each month, subject to your subscription terms.
The table below lists the AI credits allocated for each ZKS plan.

- AI credits are consumed whenever Zia processes a request through ZKS.
- Credit consumption varies based on the selected AI model, request size, and generated response. You can view your AI credit consumption in the Zia chat window or on the Subscriptions page.
- If all allocated AI credits are exhausted, Zia will stop processing new AI requests.
- To continue using Zia after your AI credits are exhausted, contact the Site24x7 support team to purchase additional AI credits or upgrade your plan, if applicable.
