When the customer count in an MSP account exceeds 500

What will happen if the customer count in a single Site24x7 MSP account exceeds 500 and above?

As of now, we have few limitations when MSP accounts exceed 500 customers and above. The following features would not be available:
  1. Status of monitors in the MSP home page (Home > Dashboards).
  2. Alarms feature.
  3. The Number of MSP Users in the Customer Account page (Admin > Customer Management > Customers).
Alternatively, these features can be accessed from that particular customer account, irrespective of the customer count value.
