How do you verify if IT Automation is enabled or disabled on a server monitor?
 
  To verify if IT Automation is enabled or disabled, follow the steps below:
 
 
  - From the Site24x7 web client, navigate to the Server tab on the left navigation pane.
- Choose the server monitor you’d like to verify.
- Click the hamburger icon and then the Edit option, which takes you to the Edit Server Monitor page.
  
 
  You will be able to view the status of the IT Automation module.
 
 
  
 
 
  
    
    
     This option is viewable in the Site24x7 web client only. If you are using Linux, the agent version must be 18.1.0 and above to view this option. If you have a Windows server, the agent version must be 20.0.0 and above.
