Troubleshooting steps when scheduled reports are not received
Please ensure the following steps are done to receive scheduled reports as configured:
- Check in other folders and filters (if any)
- In POP/IMAP configurations, an email can be deleted from the mail server if the delete command is issued. This deletes the email permanently and cannot be viewed unless it has already been downloaded to the device. To modify the settings to retain the email in the mail server, check the web interface
- Please check in spam/junk folder
- The email domain may be blacklisted due to the antivirus configuration. Add it as a trusted domain to ensure you receive an email containing the scheduled reports
If the above fails, contact your domain admin to check the mails logs.
