Unable to suspend or delete my Meraki organization monitor

To suspend or delete a Meraki organization monitor, ensure the Meraki device is suspended or deleted from the Meraki organization respectively. Follow the steps below to suspend or delete a Meraki organization monitor:

  1. Log in to your Site24x7 account.

  2. Click Network > Meraki > Meraki organization. Under Meraki Organization's Device List, view the Meraki devices associated with your Meraki organization.



  1. Select a device by clicking the icon beside the Status of each Meraki device.

  2. Once the Meraki device monitor page opens, hover over the hamburger icon beside the monitor display name.

  3. Click Suspend or Delete.

  4. Follow steps 1-5 for all the Meraki devices in your Meraki organization, after which you can suspend or delete the Meraki organization monitor.
