Fixing certificate errors in IE

Steps to fix certificate errors while accessing https://plus.site24x7.com in Internet Explorer (IE)

  1. Open IE as a user with administrative privileges.
  2. Click on the Certificate Error text at the top of the screen and select View Certificates.
  3. In the Certificate dialog, click Install Certificate > Next.
  4. Select Place all certificates in the following store > Browse.
  5. Check Show Physical Stores.
  6. Select Trusted Root Certificate Authorities – Local Computer.
  7. Restart your IE browser.
