Sample JSON mapper file for HaloITSM CMDB integration

A JSON mapper file defines how Site24x7 monitor inventory fields map to asset types and fields in the HaloITSM CMDB. Use this file to customize the inventory data synced through the Site24x7–HaloITSM integration.

The following sample shows mappings for a monitor type without a subtype (AMQNC) and a monitor type with subtypes (NETWORKDEVICE).

Contains an array of mappings between Site24x7 monitor types and HaloITSM configuration item (CI) types.
Monitor_type
Mandatory
Specifies the Site24x7 monitor type identifier, such as AMQNC or NETWORKDEVICE.
Monitor_sub_type
Required when mapping a specific subtype
Specifies the monitor subtype, such as Custom Device or Switches.
ci_type_name
Mandatory
Specifies the destination CI type name in HaloITSM, such as Amqnc or Network Device - Switches.
fields
Mandatory
Contains an array of field mappings for the specified monitor type and subtype.
s247_column_name
Mandatory in each field mapping
Specifies the Site24x7 inventory or configuration field key, such as RBROKERor INTERFACE_IP.
ci_field_name
Mandatory in each field mapping
Specifies the HaloITSM field name that receives the corresponding Site24x7 value, such as Remote Broker or Interface IP.
