In cases where the user comes across the error message, "Please reload the page and try again" while logging into Site24x7, they are advised to check the cookie setting of the browser (Google Chrome).
The user will have to allow cookies from site24x7.com and accounts.zoho.com. This will enable access to Site24x7.
