Notification parameters in messages from third-party apps

Notification parameters shown in Slack/HipChat/PagerDuty/Microsoft Teams messages

Site24x7 when integrated with Slack channel/HipChat room/PagerDuty/Microsoft Teams will update users on Trouble, Down, and Up scenarios. Given below are the notification parameters in brief. 

For UP scenarios, 
  • Monitor Display Name (Display Name)
  • URL monitored (Server Monitored)
  • Current Status of the Monitor (Monitor Status)
  • Up Duration (Available Since)
  • Locations from which the monitor has been UP (Up from Locations)
  • Last Downtime Duration Details (Last Downtime Duration)
For DOWN scenarios,
  • Monitor Display Name (Display Name)
  • URL monitored (Server Monitored)
  • Current Status of the Monitor (Monitor Status)
  • Monitor has been down from (Down Since)
  • Locations from which the monitor has been DOWN (Down from Locations)
  • Reason for Down (Reason)
For TROUBLE scenarios,
  • Monitor Display Name (Display Name)
  • URL monitored (Server Monitored)
  • Current Status of the Monitor (Monitor Status)
  • Monitor has been in trouble from (Down Since)
  • Locations from which the monitor is shown in TROUBLE state (Down from Locations)
  • Reason for Trouble (Reason)
Note: The Root Cause Analysis report link will be shared in Slack/ HipChat/ MS Teams after every Down/Trouble scenario.
