Why is data not available for a disk
Problem
In devices that run Site24x7's Windows Server Monitoring agent, even when a disk partition is detected, data is not displayed.
Reason
The user running the Windows server monitoring agent might not have "Read" permission for that particular disk.
Solution
- In the File Explorer window of your Windows Machine, right click on the disk partition for which there is no data available.
- Click Properties.
- Go to the Security tab and select the user executing the Site24x7 Windows server monitoring agent.
- Click Edit.
- Enable the Read checkbox under Allow column.
- Click Apply and then click OK.
The disk's data will be displayed on the Site24x7 web-client from the next data collection.
