Why don't I see the latency dashboard even though I have two or more On-Premise Pollers in my account?
Ensure that the On-Premise Pollers for which you choose to view latency metrics meets the following criteria:
- The monitor status is Up and not Down.
- Polling correctly. You can check the column Collection Time from the tab Log Report to understand the last polled time.
Ensure that metrics collection is enabled for the On-Premise Poller. Learn more.
