There is no data from my Azure monitor
There are several reasons for a Site24x7 Azure monitor to display no data. Some of them are listed below:
- When there is no data available for a metric on the Microsoft Azure portal itself, data collection cannot happen and Site24x7 will display no data in your Azure monitor.
To check the status of the metric in the Azure portal, navigate to the Azure portal, search for Metrics, browse for and select the resource, and choose the metric from the Metric drop-down. - The application with which you created the Azure monitor doesn't have sufficient access to collect data. Ensure that you have provided sufficient access to that application.
- The selected time range has no data. In that case, you can try using a different time range in the Azure portal as well as in Site24x7. To change the time range in Azure, select the appropriate time range from the Local Time tab located in the top-right corner in the respective Metric tab.
