Where are the Network Monitoring logs located?

The default directories for installing the On-Premise Poller are:
Windows: C:\Program Files(x86)\Site24x7OnPremisePoller
Linux: /opt/Site24x7OnPremisePoller

On-Premise Poller logs
If you've installed the On-Premise Poller in the default directory specified during installation, then you can locate the logs in the following directories:
OS
Directory
Windows
C:\Program Files(x86)\Site24x7OnPremisePoller\logs
Linux
/opt/Site24x7OnPremisePoller/logs

If you didn’t install the product in the default folder, then you can locate logs by adding /logs to the end of the directory in which you've installed the On-Premise Poller.

Network Monitoring logs
If you've installed the On-Premise Poller in the default directory specified during installation, then you can locate the Network Monitoring logs in the following directories:
OS
Directory
Windows
C:\Program Files(x86)\Site24x7OnPremisePoller\NetworkPlus\logs 
Linux
/opt/Site24x7OnPremisePoller/NetworkPlus/logs

If you didn’t install the product in the default folder, then you can locate logs by adding /logs to the end of the directory in which you've installed the On-Premise Poller.
