Fetching the correct interface name for a NetFlow monitor

How can I ensure that the correct interface names are shown for a NetFlow monitor?

To ensure that Site24x7 can query and display the correct interface names for your NetFlow monitor, you need to provide the right SNMP credentials (i.e., username, password, and community string) with the appropriate access levels. SNMP is the primary protocol used to fetch interface information. Correct credentials ensure that Site24x7 can retrieve detailed information, allowing you to effectively monitor the device's interfaces and its metrics.
The SNMP credentials must have sufficient permissions to access interface-related MIB objects like ifDescr, ifName, and ifAlias. Also, ensure that the SNMP community string (for SNMPv1/v2c) or username and password (for SNMPv3) matches the credentials configured on the device.

Where can I select the credentials?

While adding the NetFlow monitor, when you select the interfaces on the device(marked as 1 in the image), choose the right credentials in the Credential drop-down menu(marked as 2 in the image).
