The reason for the error message "Validating... Please Wait" might be due to the unavailability of the internet for the recorder to connect and validate your login credentials.

Troubleshooting tips:
  • Check if you have an active Internet connection at the time of getting this error. 
  • Please check the Chrome browser proxy setting. Actions > Proxy Settings .
