Multiple Site24x7 Agent tasks in Windows Task Manager

Issue

In the Windows Task Manager, you may see duplicate or multiple process entries of the Site24x7 server monitoring agent.

Cause

Site24x7 server monitoring agent runs a maximum of 5 different services based on your monitoring requirements. For example, the Applogs Agent service runs only if you have enabled log management. Each task in the task manager is associated with a different service. This can be verified by expanding the required task.
