Switch to online billing profile from offline

Move my existing offline billing profile online

Existing purchase order customers who pay their subscription via an invoice are considered to have an offline billing profile. The advantage of moving the billing profile online is that it supports recurring subscription payment and also the customer can change plans, purchase add-ons from the client themselves. 

Customers can move their billing profile "online" by visiting Admin > Subscriptions > Renew my Subscription on their Site24x7 account and clicking on the link that appears.
