How to monitor an intranet application using RUM?

To monitor an intranet application using RUM, follow the below steps:
  1. Check if you are behind a proxy server or firewall to ensure no connectivity issues exist between your browser and Site24x7's servers.
  2. In case of connectivity issues, enable the appropriate proxy settings for your browser, or reach out to your network administrator for assistance.
    Note: Make sure to bypass proxy settings for *.site24x7rum.com.
  3. To verify connectivity, navigate to https://col.site24x7rum.com/rum/connect.
    Note: Please replace .com with the appropriate domain extension for your data centre.
  4. If the page displays a connection successful message, it confirms that your browser is effectively sending data to the servers.
