How to monitor an intranet application using RUM?
To monitor an intranet application using RUM, follow the below steps:
- Check if you are behind a proxy server or firewall to ensure no connectivity issues exist between your browser and Site24x7's servers.
- In case of connectivity issues, enable the appropriate proxy settings for your browser, or reach out to your network administrator for assistance.
Note: Make sure to bypass proxy settings for *.site24x7rum.com. - To verify connectivity, navigate to https://col.site24x7rum.com/rum/connect.
Note: Please replace .com with the appropriate domain extension for your data centre. - If the page displays a connection successful message, it confirms that your browser is effectively sending data to the servers.
