Managing two different services with a single primary contact

Can I manage two different services with a single primary contact

A single contact or mail ID cannot be the primary contact for two organizations. A mail ID is unique to every new organization.

For instance, a user manages two different organizations A and B, and uses Site24x7 for its monitoring purpose. In this case, a single email address cannot serve as the primary contact for both A and B. Two different email addresses need to be set up separately as the primary contacts for A and B respectively.
