Every log type is treated as a monitor and any search query can be configured for alerting.

Here's the number of search queries for which you can configure to receive alerts for free:

If you want to create alerts for more search queries beyond the free limit, they are priced as one basic monitor for 10 search queries.
The number of search queries for alerting is calculated across log types.
