What is the next step after the successful installation of my Windows/Linux server monitor?
After successful installation of the Windows/Linux server monitoring agent, the user can add plugin integrations, set threshold profiles, associate IT automations and lot more.
In the Site24x7 web client, go to Server > Server Monitor > Servers > click on the server monitor. Note: The Configuration Overview popup will open up the first time you enter this screen. To view this window again, hover on the hamburger icon beside the monitor display name and click Configuration Overview.
Highlights:
- Threshold: See the default threshold values set for the performance metrics like CPU, memory usage. Click on Add More to reset the values/add new ones.
- Processes (for Linux) and Services (for Windows): The services/processes that are currently being monitored are listed. You can also discover more processes/services and add them for monitoring.
- Syslogs (for Linux) and Event Logs (for Windows): Add checks and monitor the event/syslogs.
- Plugin Integrations: Choose from more than 100 ready-to-install plugin integrations to monitor your caches, databases, hardware, or any component in your IT infrastructure.

Bulk Installation: Based on the OS platform, install the agent in multiple machines in one go using the given methods.
