Not receiving alert emails from Site24x7

The email may have landed in your spam folder. White-list our email addresses no-reply@site24x7.com and noreply@zohoaccounts.com to receive emails in your inbox. You may also check if your mail servers are working fine to rule out any possibility of mail server glitches.

Secondly, there is a limit of 500 alerts per day for an email address. There is a probability that you might have reached this limit, and 500 emails were already triggered. In this case, emails alerts will not be triggered. This restriction is only for 1 day, it would be reset at midnight and you would start receiving the alert emails again.
