Prevent rediscovery of Azure resources

How to prevent rediscovery of resources under a particular service type?

Please follow the steps below:
  1. Log in to Site24x7 and go to Azure.
  2. Under the Azure monitor added, click on Infrastructure Dashboard
  3. Hover on the hamburger icon provided beside the page title and click Edit.

  4. In the Edit Azure Monitor page, under Azure Resource Filter > Service/Resource Types, deselect the resource types that you do not want to be rediscovered.

  5. Save your changes.
During the next discovery (that will occur once every 30 minutes), newly added resources of that particular service type will not be discovered and added for monitoring.
